Analyst – Corporate Solutions (Permanent)

About the role

The Apex Group is seeking a motivated Analyst to join its Corporate Solutions team in Ebene, Mauritius. This permanent position supports a wide range of fund administration and middle‑office services for global clients, ensuring compliance, high‑quality deliverables, and excellent client service.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain proper records in line with internal policies and legal requirements.
• Convene director/shareholder meetings, prepare board papers and verify minutes.
• Prepare accounts, tax computations and liaise with auditors.
• Ensure all client deliverables are accurate and of high quality.
• Handle certification, notarisation, apostillation and consularisation of documents.
• Open and manage bank accounts, initiate transfers and coordinate with banks.
• Produce statutory accounts with full disclosures.
• Prepare and file annual, APS, PAYE, TDS, VAT and Indian tax returns within statutory deadlines.
• Address tax queries from authorities and clients.
• Effect statutory filings with FSC, ROC and other bodies.
• Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) under AML regulations and maintain updated records.
• Coordinate and support team members to meet daily operational targets.

Required profile

• Fresher or up to 1 year experience in the global business sector or an audit firm.
• University degree or substantial progress toward ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent.
• Client‑service mindset with strong written and spoken communication.
• Ability to multi‑task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Organised, goal‑oriented team player with quick learning ability.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
