Assistant Administrator – Fund Administration

About the role

Join Ocorian’s Payments team as an Assistant Administrator – Fund Admin and help deliver a seamless payment experience for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will work closely with administration and client‑service colleagues, supporting client and fund payments, supplier maintenance and cash‑management activities in a fast‑paced financial services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of payment processing activities, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of client and fund payments.
• Prepare payment runs across various online banking platforms.
• Support supplier verification and maintain supplier data in internal systems.
• Build strong relationships with administration teams and clients to facilitate smooth payment services.
• Prepare payment documentation and supporting records for review and approval.
• Maintain accurate records and update workflow throughout the payment cycle.
