Assistant Manager Security

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Security supports the Security Manager in delivering a safe and secure environment for guests and staff at One&Only Le Saint Géran, a luxury resort in Mauritius. Reporting directly to the Security Manager, you will ensure all security operations meet the highest professional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strong verbal and written communication across all security teams.
• Apply emotional intelligence and diversity awareness in daily interactions.
• Delegate tasks effectively and remain flexible to changing situations.
• Uphold a positive attitude and passion for the organization.
• Identify and solve problems quickly, including crisis management and emergency response.
• Handle a wide range of security incidents and ensure swift resolution.

Required profile

• At least a School Certificate and a National Certificate.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar security role within an international ultra‑luxury resort.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
