Business Coordination Manager – CEO Office

About the role

Sunlife, a leading hospitality group in the Indian Ocean, is looking for a Business Coordination Manager to support the CEO. The role will act as the central hub for coordinating strategic and operational projects across the group, ensuring visibility, timely follow‑up, and high‑quality reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor strategic and operational projects assigned by the CEO, tracking milestones, timelines, risks, and actions.
• Gather updates from General Managers, senior leaders, and functional heads to provide clear progress visibility.
• Prepare action plans, progress reports, dashboards, executive summaries, and high‑level business and board presentations.
• Consolidate information from multiple hotels and departments into professional formats.
• Support the CEO in strategic reviews, executive meetings, Board meetings, and special assignments.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting outcomes, action points, and develop templates and tracking tools.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure all reports and presentations meet high professional standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Strong analytical ability, comfortable working with figures and preparing high‑quality written documents.
• Solid experience in hotel operations, preferably within a multi‑property environment.
• Experience in project coordination, business support, operations support or executive office support is an advantage.
• Proven ability to work effectively with General Managers, senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
