Owner Relations & Residences Manager

About the role

The Owner Relations & Residences Manager will act as the trusted point of contact for homeowners and coordinate with resort operations to ensure each residence is well cared for and contractual commitments are fulfilled. The role requires proactive engagement, meticulous contract management, and seamless collaboration with hotel teams to deliver a high‑standard service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the group’s owner‑relations strategy, maintaining high service standards and stakeholder engagement.
• Serve as the primary contact for homeowners, handling requests, concerns and keeping them informed through resolution.
• Coordinate homeowner visits, residence use and communicate preferences to relevant hotel teams.
• Act as the liaison between owners and the Guest Relations Manager, managing arrivals, stays and special requests.
• Manage homeowner agreements, track contractual terms, renewals and ensure compliance with governance requirements.
• Work with Finance to process owner payments, invoices, charges and respond to financial queries.
• Oversee residence condition through inspections, coordinate repairs, maintenance and keep owners updated on costs and timelines.
• Provide executive management with regular updates on owner relationships, performance metrics and recommendations for improvement.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Property Management, Law or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury hospitality, owner relations, residence or property management.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to personalised service.
• Understanding of contracts, owner accounts, budgets and administrative controls; legal background advantageous.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to resolve concerns discreetly.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
