Data Analyst – ERP Data Analytics

About the role

EY RDS is looking for a Data Analyst to support its national practice in delivering ERP data analytics and information management services to clients worldwide. The role involves ensuring data quality, building analytical logic, and presenting insights in a clear manner.

Key responsibilities

• Perform data reconciliation to confirm completeness of data extracts.
• Support data assessment through validation and profiling activities.
• Develop programming logic to test business rules using SQL Server and Alteryx.
• Verify results against specifications and update scripts as needed.
• Visualise analysis results for stakeholder review.
• Prepare working papers documenting the data assessment process.
• Follow project guidelines to manage and secure client data.

Required profile

• BSc (Honours) in Computer Science, Engineering or Software Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience with SQL/Alteryx programming or comparable data‑analysis roles.
• Experience in data analysis, query development, data warehousing, data mining, data quality or data migration.
• Logical thinker, problem solver, detail‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a team‑player attitude.
