Director, Finance

About the role

The Finance Director will provide strategic and operational financial leadership for One&Only Le Saint Géran, ensuring robust compliance, governance and internal controls while partnering with the General Manager, Executive Committee, owners and the global office to drive sustainable performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the entire finance function, delivering accurate and timely financial information across all departments.
• Establish and maintain finance compliance processes, internal controls and governance frameworks to mitigate financial, operational and regulatory risks.
• Ensure full compliance with the Resort Management Agreement, including reporting, fee calculations and owner governance requirements.
• Act as the primary financial liaison with owners and the global office, ensuring transparent communication and alignment with group policies.
• Oversee IT system interfaces, control procedures and drive automation and standardisation of finance processes.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, accounts payable, payroll, income audit and cash handling controls, escalating discrepancies as needed.
• Perform daily revenue reconciliation for all interface applications and prepare compliance reports.
• Plan cash flow, manage working capital and maintain an accurate fixed‑asset register.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in senior finance leadership within the hospitality or resort sector.
• Proven ability to design and enforce strong internal controls, governance and risk‑management frameworks.
• Strong business partnership skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and owners.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
