Executive – Client Services Administration

About the role

We are seeking an Executive to manage client servicing deliverables for a portfolio of fund administration clients. The role involves overseeing documentation, statutory filings and day‑to‑day banking activities while ensuring high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Administer a defined set of client servicing deliverables for multiple clients.
• Maintain accurate records in line with internal policies and legal requirements.
• Organise director/shareholder meetings, prepare board papers and verify minutes.
• Ensure final client deliverables are accurate and of high quality.
• Handle certification, notarisation, apostillation and consularisation of documents promptly.
• Manage bank account activities, including openings, transfers and liaison with banks.
• Perform statutory filings with regulatory bodies such as FSC and ROC.
• Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) in accordance with AML regulations.
• Coordinate and coach team members, reviewing their work.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in a global business or fund administration environment.
• Degree or substantial progress towards ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
• Strong client‑service mindset with excellent written and spoken communication.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet tight deadlines under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
