French-Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR)

About the role

Flowz Staffing is looking for a motivated French‑bilingual Customer Service Representative to work remotely from Mauritius for an international client. The role involves handling customer inquiries in both French and English and delivering a high‑quality support experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional assistance via phone, email, chat and other channels.
• Address French‑ and English‑speaking customers’ questions, requests and concerns.
• Identify needs, deliver accurate solutions and resolve complaints efficiently.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Meet productivity, quality and response‑time targets.

Required profile

• Fluency in written and spoken French and English.
• Previous experience in customer service, call centre, BPO or related fields.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a distributed team.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable work‑from‑home environment.
• Willingness to work during U.S. business hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and other business applications.
