French‑Speaking Sales Agent (Full‑time, On‑site)

About the role

ST MEDIA is expanding its operations with a brand‑new office in Cybercity, Ébène, Mauritius. We are looking for a French‑speaking Sales Agent to present our Canadian immigration services to qualified prospects and guide them through the first steps of their journey.

Key responsibilities

• Contact only hot leads – no cold calling required.
• Present immigration services clearly and confidently in French.
• Identify client needs and qualify them for the appropriate immigration pathway.
• Close sales and support clients through the initial onboarding process.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline using the company’s CRM system.

Required profile

• Fluent French with the ability to conduct all sales activities in French.
• Working proficiency in English for internal communication.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales or telemarketing.
• Energetic, target‑driven and comfortable speaking on the phone.
• Motivated to grow with an expanding global brand.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM platform to track leads and sales activity.

• Base salary of MUR 27,500 plus a highly attractive bonus structure.
