Sales Executive – Residential & Commercial Solar Solutions

About the role

Reneworld is expanding its sales team to promote residential and commercial solar PV solutions across Mauritius. The Sales Executive works in the field, meeting clients, understanding their energy needs and closing deals. This role offers autonomy and the chance to contribute to the growth of renewable energy on the island.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from the initial client meeting to contract signing and post‑sale follow‑up.
• Conduct site visits, assess property requirements and propose tailored solar solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships that generate referrals.
• Collaborate with a dedicated support team that handles diary, administration and dossier management.

Required profile

• Proven B2C or field sales experience; experience in the solar or energy sector is a plus.
• Comfortable conducting independent site visits and evaluating client needs.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and proactive in generating new business opportunities.
• Strong client relationship skills and a valid driving licence.
