Fund Accountant – Mid‑Level (Accountant 2)

About the role

This is a mid‑level accounting position focused on delivering comprehensive fund accounting services for low to medium‑complexity funds. The role operates with minimal supervision, applying established procedures to produce accurate financial deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver financial statements, NAV reports, and other fund accounting deliverables in line with accounting standards and internal guidelines.
• Maintain fund books and records through daily bookkeeping, periodic reporting, and rigorous quality‑control checks.
• Process capital calls, distributions, and investor notices while ensuring detailed documentation of all transactions.
• Identify, assess, and report operational risks; participate in self‑reviews and quality‑assurance initiatives.
• Support process‑improvement projects, contribute to SOP documentation, and engage in ongoing training and professional development.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Mid‑level experience in fund accounting or a similar finance function.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high quality and timeliness.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
