Fund Accounting Executive

About the role

Apex Group is seeking a Fund Accounting Executive to join its global fund administration team. You will be responsible for delivering accurate NAV reporting and financial statements for private equity and hedge fund clients while supporting audit processes and client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare NAV reporting packs for funds on the required frequency.
• Compile monthly, quarterly and annual account/financial statements.
• Liaise with auditors to ensure timely audit completion.
• Assist with Transfer Agency transactions as needed.
• Maintain overall client relationship, handling inquiries and meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the fund industry.
• ACCA qualified, partially qualified, or holding an equivalent accounting qualification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and a collaborative team attitude.
