Global Payroll Systems Operations Analyst

About the role

Dayforce is seeking a Global Payroll Systems Operations Analyst to support the Strategic Sourcing & Commercial team. The analyst will ensure commercial processes run smoothly, maintain accurate records, and provide reporting that underpins the Global Payroll business.

Key responsibilities

• Support standardized commercial workflows and enforce governance approvals.
• Execute commercial processes with partners, including tracking, communication, and coordination with Finance.
• Validate invoices, perform financial reconciliations and contribute to operational reporting.
• Maintain operational records in approved enterprise systems.
• Prepare dashboards, metrics and management reports for leadership.
• Monitor workflow compliance, flag exceptions and drive continuous improvement.
• Support audit readiness through accurate documentation and record‑keeping.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Global Managed Services and Global Payroll Operations on cross‑functional initiatives.
