Graphic Designer Trainee

About the role

Join BIA Group as a Graphic Designer Trainee and support the company’s visual communication across multiple markets. You will work closely with marketing and creative teams to produce compelling designs that reinforce the brand and help promote equipment for public works, mining and transport.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating visual assets for digital, print and social media campaigns.
• Support video production and editing for corporate communications, events and product showcases.
• Contribute to the design of brochures, banners, presentations and website graphics.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and execute design concepts.
• Handle administrative tasks such as preparing merchandising, maintaining design files and organizing project materials.

Required profile

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail and ability to follow creative direction.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Experience with Final Cut Pro.
• Familiarity with After Effects (motion graphics) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of audio editing and colour correction.
