Hospitality Trainer

About the role

Constance Hospitality Academy is seeking a dynamic Hospitality Trainer to deliver high‑quality vocational and professional programmes. You will inspire young learners, help them develop confidence and skills, and support their journey toward a successful hospitality career.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging classroom and practical training for NC3, CTH and other approved curricula.
• Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, assessments and training resources.
• Create a positive, structured and inclusive learning environment.
• Guide and support learners throughout their development, including orientation and induction.
• Assess learner progress, provide feedback and coaching.
• Monitor apprenticeships, workplace placements and coordinate assessments.
• Liaise with awarding and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
• Maintain accurate learner records, documentation and reports.
• Assist in preparing and monitoring training plans and budgets.
• Continuously review training practices and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism Management or a related field.
• Practical experience in Rooms Division (Front Office, Housekeeping or Guest Services).
• Experience in training, facilitation, coaching or knowledge‑sharing.
• Passion for working with young people and helping them grow.
• Strong communication, presentation and organisational abilities.
• Positive, engaging and supportive learning approach.
• Flexibility to work outside normal hours when required.
