KYC Analyst (Entry Level)

About the role

Ocorian is seeking a motivated KYC Analyst to join its global compliance team. You will be responsible for reviewing client files, performing AML/CFT screenings, and ensuring that all documentation meets regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assess completeness and accuracy of AML/CFT documentation in line with global review processes.
• Perform client screenings and identify CDD deficiencies, coordinating additional information collection.
• Record action points in the system and maintain organized workspaces.
• Liaise with Ocorian offices and clients to verify client‑provided information.
• Update client data in Ocorian systems and safeguard data integrity.
• Apply standard, simplified and enhanced CDD measures according to jurisdictional regulations.
• Meet daily and weekly quality and quantity targets while adhering to internal policies.
• Provide regular updates to reporting lines and support ad‑hoc duties as required.

Required profile

• Ability to work to prescribed deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Understanding of AML/CFT regulatory requirements and CDD measures.
• Effective communication skills for liaising with internal teams and clients.
