MEP Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated MEP Coordinator to join our on‑site team in Mauritius. In this full‑time position you will lead the planning, coordination and execution of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems across our construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee MEP system design, installation and commissioning.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure designs meet project specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Utilise Building Information Modeling (BIM) to streamline workflows and improve coordination.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in MEP coordination with hands‑on experience in mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Proven experience in building services delivering compliant and efficient systems.
• Understanding of construction standards, procedures and timelines.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
• Previous on‑site MEP coordination experience preferred; hospital/clinic project experience is a plus.
