Network Engineer – Client Service Technician (TSC)

About the role

As a Technicien Service Client (TSC) Network Engineer, you will design, configure and maintain client networks, provide technical support and ensure rapid resolution of incidents. You will work closely with internal teams and customers to deliver reliable, high‑quality network services.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with various entities to deliver client‑requested services.
• Prepare and validate configuration data for routers and switches.
• Escalate incorrect configurations to the appropriate department.
• Provide clear instructions to first‑level support and resolve complex incidents.
• Analyze and troubleshoot standard and complex network issues, restoring service quickly after outages.
• Participate in continuous service improvement and routine administration tasks such as user and service management and SLA analysis.
• Gather data for root‑cause analysis of production failures.

Required profile

• Degree (Bac+2/+3) in Networking, IT, Telecommunications or a related engineering field.
• At least one year of experience in IT or telecom environments.
• Strong communication skills in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work under pressure, demonstrate empathy and assertiveness.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Cisco equipment.
• Proficiency with Juniper equipment.
• Knowledge of CCNA/CCNP level concepts.
• Router and switch configuration.
