Network Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Network Engineer to join our team and support the design, implementation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure. The role requires a customer‑focused professional who can work independently on medium‑complexity tasks and respond to incidents within agreed SLAs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain Layer 2/Layer 3 switching, routing and firewall solutions.
• Configure and support Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto and Juniper platforms.
• Implement and manage Wi‑Fi technologies from Cisco and Aruba.
• Monitor network performance, resolve incidents and fulfill service requests.
• Provide on‑call support on a rotation basis and handle after‑hours fault resolution.
• Travel to other Accenture offices when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience with networking technologies.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines and follow ITIL service‑management concepts.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and support customers proactively.
