Night Auditor

About the role

As a Night Auditor at RIU Hotels & Resorts in Le Morne, you will be the key point of contact during the overnight shift, ensuring smooth front‑office operations and delivering a seamless guest experience. You will combine audit responsibilities with guest‑service duties, supporting both financial accuracy and hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute all required night‑audit reports accurately.
• Address guest complaints, requests and problems in a friendly, professional manner.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department heads and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Investigate and document service or safety incidents, write incident reports and monitor investigations to timely conclusion.
• Provide recommendations to prevent recurring issues and ensure proper follow‑up with guests.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a front‑office or night‑audit role.
• Minimum HSC (high school) education.
• Good IT proficiency.
