About the role
Axian Group Ltd is looking for a detail‑oriented Payroll & Treasury Officer to manage end‑to‑end payroll administration, employee reimbursements, and treasury operations. The role ensures accurate, timely payroll processing and supports cash‑flow management through various financial platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, verify and process payroll data, including salaries, bonuses, commissions, allowances and statutory deductions.
- Prepare payslips, salary certificates and maintain up‑to‑date payroll records.
- Review and process employee expense claims in line with company policies.
- Perform bank analysis, treasury reconciliations and load payments into the Kyriba system.
- Manage cash forecasts, treasury reporting and support payment processing activities.
- Coordinate PAYE filings, annual Statement of Emoluments and DEWS payments on the DIFC portal.
- Liaise with external payroll providers, auditors, banks and tax authorities.
- Maintain payroll and treasury data in V360 and ensure data confidentiality.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll administration, compensation processing or treasury operations.
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations and statutory filings.
