About the role

The Program Manager at Deloitte leads complex, multi‑disciplinary projects that deliver strategic value to clients. Acting as the central point of accountability, the role coordinates cross‑functional teams, manages scope, schedule, budget, and risk, and ensures high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define program vision, objectives, governance, and maintain detailed plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Serve as primary liaison between Deloitte leadership, client executives, and project teams, communicating status and escalations.
• Identify, allocate, and optimize resources across multiple workstreams.
• Proactively monitor, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues.
• Ensure deliverables meet Deloitte’s quality standards, compliance, and client expectations.
• Track program financials and oversee invoicing and billing processes.
• Apply Deloitte’s project management methodologies and continuously improve processes.
• Mentor and coach junior staff, fostering a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7‑10+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in consulting, technology, or professional services.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead distributed teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong executive‑level presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
