About the role
Rawson Centre is expanding its presence in Mauritius and is looking for a dynamic Sales & Rental Partner to help clients find their ideal homes or investment properties across the central region. You will manage property viewings, build strong client relationships, and close deals for both rentals and sales.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential and investment properties.
- Conduct property viewings and client visits.
- Assist landlords and property owners with rentals and sales.
- Build strong client relationships and maintain follow‑ups.
- Collaborate closely with the in‑house marketing and admin team.
Required profile
- Knowledge of the central region of Mauritius.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and French.
- People‑oriented with solid networking abilities.
- Real‑estate experience is a plus.
