Senior Executive

About the role

The Senior Executive will manage a portfolio of client servicing deliverables, ensuring high‑quality administration, compliance and communication for our global fund administration business.

Key responsibilities

• Administer a defined set of client servicing tasks, including board meeting preparation, minute verification and final deliverable quality checks.
• Maintain accurate records in line with internal policies and legal requirements.
• Coordinate certification, notarisation, apostillation and consularisation of documents.
• Open and manage bank accounts, initiate transfers and liaise with banking partners.
• Perform statutory filings with regulatory bodies such as FSC and ROC.
• Conduct customer due‑diligence (CDD) in accordance with AML codes and keep CDD lists up to date.
• Coach, review and coordinate the work of junior team members.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in a global business or fund administration environment.
• Degree holder or progressing towards ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
• Strong client‑service mindset with excellent written and spoken communication.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
