Senior Executive

About the role

The Apex Group is seeking a Senior Executive to support its Mauritius operations. Working under senior guidance and the Operations Unit‑Head, you will ensure smooth day‑to‑day administration, statutory compliance and client service for a global fund administration business.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records in line with internal policies and legal requirements.
• Open and manage bank accounts, initiate transfers and liaise with banking partners.
• Monitor and complete daily operational tasks within agreed timelines.
• Prepare and file statutory documents with the FSC, ROC and other authorities.
• Maintain statutory registers and organise board and shareholder meetings, including preparation of papers and minutes.
• Handle certification, notarisation, apostillation and consularisation of documents promptly.
• File executed agreements with proper indexing and follow‑up on outstanding items.
• Perform any ad‑hoc duties assigned by senior staff.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in the global business sector or an audit firm.
• University degree from a recognised institution.
• Undertaking ACCA or ACA professional studies.
• Strong client‑service mindset and excellent written and spoken communication.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, work under pressure and adapt to changing environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
