Senior Executive

About the role

The Senior Executive will support the delivery of high‑quality corporate and compliance services for Apex Group’s global client base. You will work closely with internal teams, auditors and regulators to ensure all statutory and client‑specific obligations are met accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain proper records in line with internal policies and legal requirements.
• Organise and convene directors/shareholders meetings, prepare and review board papers.
• Verify minutes drafted by team members and ensure final client deliverables are error‑free.
• Coordinate with auditors and manage statutory filings with FSC, ROC and other bodies.
• Handle certification, notarisation, apostille and consularisation of documents promptly.
• Open and maintain bank accounts, review transfers and liaise with banks.
• Perform customer due diligence (CDD) according to AML code and keep CDD lists up to date.
• Monitor day‑to‑day tasks, ensure timely completion and coordinate team members effectively.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a global business or fund administration environment.
• Degree or substantial progress toward a professional qualification such as ICSA, ACA or ACCA.
• Strong client‑service mindset with excellent written and spoken communication.
• Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Organised, goal‑oriented team player with a quick learning attitude.
