Senior Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the architecture, development and evolution of a global SaaS platform for accounting firms. You will work in a fast‑paced startup environment, collaborating with sales, operations and external partners to turn financial data into actionable opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain front‑end and back‑end components of the platform.
• Integrate third‑party APIs and build real‑time features using WebSockets and message queues.
• Lead research and development of new products, tools and services.
• Manage stakeholder expectations across sales, operations, technical teams and external vendors.
• Plan, coordinate and report on project progress, ensuring timely delivery.
• Provide production support, incident management and continuous improvement of processes.
• Define and enforce development standards, conduct code reviews and mentor team members.
• Prepare technical documentation, specifications and system reports.
• Handle deployments to production, source‑control management and standby duties.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑stack development experience in a SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, deliver quickly and manage risks.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to relocate to Mauritius and work onsite.
