Senior Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the architecture, development, and evolution of a global SaaS platform for accounting firms. The role is based in Mauritius and requires a candidate willing to relocate and thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance front‑end (React) and back‑end (Node.js or .Net) components.
• Implement API integrations, event‑driven architectures, and real‑time features using WebSockets and message queues.
• Research and develop new products, tools, and platform enhancements.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across sales, operations, technical teams, clients, and third‑party partners.
• Provide production support, incident management, and continuous improvement of processes.
• Maintain system documentation, technical specifications, and development standards.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, bug fixing, and testing (unit, regression, UAT).
• Handle SQL queries, data extracts, log analysis, and production deployments.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional comfortable with high‑speed, risk‑aware delivery.
• Willing to work in an informal, collaborative startup culture.
• Able to evolve into the internal technical lead with full platform ownership.

• TypeScript (full‑stack)

• Redis or equivalent caching technologies
• WebSockets / real‑time systems
• Microsoft Azure cloud platform and containerised deployments
• Multi‑tenant SaaS platform experience
• CI/CD pipelines and multi‑environment deployment
• SQL querying and data extraction
