Senior Marketing Officer, Continental Europe

About the role

IQ-EQ is seeking a Senior Marketing Officer for Continental Europe to support the Regional Marketing Lead in executing a comprehensive marketing agenda. The role focuses on delivering high‑impact campaigns, raising brand awareness, and supporting the commercial objectives of the region.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Regional Marketing Lead in planning and delivering the regional marketing agenda, ensuring alignment with Group strategies across multiple jurisdictions.
• Own and execute multi‑channel campaigns, events, sponsorships, digital activities, and thought‑leadership initiatives to drive brand awareness and growth.
• Serve as the primary regional marketing contact, building strong stakeholder relationships and identifying cross‑regional collaboration opportunities.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations, including budget tracking, supplier engagement, campaign calendars, and reporting, while adhering to IQ‑EQ standards.
• Provide administrative and team support, modelling company values and contributing to sustainable, profitable growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing within a B2B or professional services environment.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively across regions and at a Group level.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
