Senior Motion Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Motion Designer to shape motion as a core element of modern brand identities. You will create dynamic, emotional experiences that bring brands to life across social media, digital platforms, and interactive interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Develop overarching motion design principles that translate brand values into scalable movement.
• Conceptualise and produce brand films that communicate new brands in a visually compelling way.
• Design UI micro‑animations for prototypes and digital products to enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with Brand, UX, and UI teams to ensure consistent motion guidelines across all channels.
• Enable clients to efficiently work with motion assets and templates.
• Ensure all motion solutions are brand‑aligned and technically feasible.

Required profile

• Several years of experience as a Brand Designer with a strong focus on motion design.
• Deep understanding of brand strategy and the role of motion in digital experiences.
• Proven ability to develop motion systems and guidelines for complex brand architectures.
• Strong creative vision combined with technical expertise for implementing animations in digital interfaces.
