Senior Paid Media & Growth Manager – Google Ads Specialist

About the role

LUCRIN, a Swiss leather goods brand with an international presence, is seeking a Senior Paid Media & Growth Manager to lead its Google Ads strategy and drive online growth. Based in Mauritius, you will collaborate closely with e‑commerce, marketing and technical teams to shape strategic direction and improve performance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead Google Ads strategy across international markets, covering Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube and Demand Gen.
• Own Google Merchant Center for all websites and countries, managing product feed quality, titles, attributes, disapprovals, account health, promotions and local inventory.
• Analyse performance and allocate investment by country, campaign, product category and objective within approved budgets.
• Identify campaigns, products and keywords to scale, improve or stop, based on ROAS, acquisition costs and margins.
• Ensure reliable conversion tracking with GA4, Google Tag Manager, enhanced conversions, consent mode and server‑side signals.
• Use automation, scripts, feed rules and data tools to operate efficiently across a large, multi‑site account structure.

Required profile

• Proven experience in e‑commerce acquisition with responsibility for significant advertising budgets.
• Hands‑on mastery of Google Merchant Center and product‑feed optimisation for large, multi‑country catalogues.
• Demonstrable results across multiple international markets.
• Technical understanding of tracking, tagging and data (GA4, GTM, conversion setup).
• Comfort with data analysis using Google Sheets, Excel or Looker Studio.
• Professional proficiency in English and French.
