Marketing Assistant

About the role

Gamma Civic Ltd is seeking a full‑time Marketing Assistant to join its on‑site team in the Plaines Wilhems District, Mauritius. You will support the marketing department in executing campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, and maintaining marketing materials across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with market research, data collection, analysis and reporting on competitors.
• Prepare and update digital and print content, ensuring brand consistency.
• Support event organization, customer outreach initiatives and sales‑marketing collaboration.
• Track performance metrics of marketing efforts and contribute to administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work proactively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Organizational attention to detail and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field is beneficial.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using social media platforms for marketing purposes.
