Senior Paid Media & Growth Manager (Meta Specialist)

About the role

LUCRIN Geneva, a Swiss leather goods brand with an international presence, is looking for an experienced professional to strengthen its paid media strategy and accelerate online growth. You combine strong Meta Ads expertise, creative judgement and analytical skills, turning campaign results into clear decisions. Based in Mauritius, you will work closely with e‑commerce, marketing and technical teams, providing strategic direction and driving performance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead our Meta/Instagram strategy across international markets, covering new customer acquisition, retargeting and brand development.
• Analyse performance and allocate investment by country, audience, product and objective within approved budgets.
• Challenge advertising creatives – hooks, desirability, product benefits, formats, messaging and consistency with landing pages.
• Develop clear creative briefs and coordinate testing with the marketing team.
• Identify campaigns to scale, improve or stop, considering ROAS, customer acquisition costs and margins.
• Coordinate Meta and Google Ads priorities with relevant teams and specialists.
• Develop internal capabilities and present clear, actionable recommendations each week.

Required profile

• Proven experience in e‑commerce acquisition with extensive practical expertise in Meta Ads and responsibility for significant advertising budgets.
• Demonstrable results across multiple international markets.
• Ability to evaluate advertising creatives and recommend specific improvements.
• Sound understanding of conversion tracking, GA4 and the limitations of advertising attribution.
• Solid understanding of Google Ads to contribute to investment decisions across channels.
• Appreciation of premium brands, visual quality and consistent brand messaging.
• Professional proficiency in English and French.
• Ownership, sound judgement and a willingness to experiment.
