Senior Search Analyst (Level 3)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Search Analyst (Level 3) to join Publicis Global Delivery’s digital team. In this position you will own the planning, execution and optimisation of paid search campaigns across major platforms, working closely with internal teams and clients to deliver measurable performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and continuously optimise paid search campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads and Search Ads 360.
• Monitor performance data, analyse trends and produce regular reports for clients.
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies and audience targeting to maximise ROI.
• Refine ad copy, keyword lists and landing‑page elements to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with SEO, display and social teams to ensure integrated marketing strategies.
• Stay current with industry trends, platform updates and best practices.
• Present insights and performance results to clients and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in paid search or performance marketing.
• Proven track record managing campaigns on Google Ads and other search platforms.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and drive optimisation decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment handling multiple accounts.
• Attention to detail and solid problem‑solving skills.
• Google Ads certification (preferred).
