Services Consultant Internship – 3 Months, Sep Start

About the role

Dayforce is looking for a motivated Services Consultant Intern to join its Mauritius office for a three‑month period starting in September. You will work on real client projects, gaining exposure to Dayforce’s cloud HCM platform and supporting the delivery of HR, payroll, and workforce management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in scoping, documenting, configuring and testing Dayforce core modules for existing clients.
• Prepare Services Requirement Specifications, testing documents and Production Change Requests.
• Support coding, debugging and troubleshooting of configuration issues.
• Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university program related to IT, computer science, engineering or a similar field.
• Strong analytical mindset with an interest in human capital management technology.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
