Services Consultant Internship – 3 Months – September Start

About the role

Dayforce is looking for a motivated Services Consultant Intern to join its Mauritius office for a three‑month period starting in September. You will work on real client projects, gaining exposure to Human Capital Management (HCM) modules, SQL, XML and basic programming while supporting the Services team.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with consultants to scope, document, configure and test Dayforce core modules.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepare documentation such as Services Requirement Specifications (SRS), testing plans and Production Change Requests (PCR).
• Assist in coding, debugging and troubleshooting configuration issues.
• Demonstrate agility by adapting to changing priorities and project needs.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university program related to Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or a similar field.
• Strong analytical mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
