Social Analyst L2 – Paid Social Campaign Management

About the role

Publicis Global Delivery is looking for a detail‑oriented Social Analyst (Level 2) to join its Paid Social team. You will manage, monitor and optimise paid social campaigns across a variety of platforms, turning data into actionable insights that drive performance and meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, launch and optimise paid social campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest and Reddit.
• Upload creatives and ensure all campaign elements are ready before launch.
• Track performance through daily, weekly and monthly reports and conduct post‑campaign analysis.
• Generate insights and recommendations to improve results and achieve KPIs.
• Support goal definition, success metrics and KPI setting for each campaign.
• Prepare reports and presentations for Monthly, Quarterly and annual business reviews.
• Build dashboards and reports using MS Excel, Google Sheets, Data Studio and Power BI.
• Collaborate with peers to provide optimisation strategies aligned with client objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, Business Management or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in biddable media or paid‑social campaign management.
• Strong knowledge of major social platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit).
• Hands‑on experience with campaign setup, optimisation and troubleshooting.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
