Talent Acquisition Specialist – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for our luxury resort in Mauritius. The role will partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure a seamless candidate experience aligned with our brand values.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from identifying manpower requirements to candidate selection.
• Collaborate with heads of departments and senior managers to define job requirements and competencies.
• Maintain accurate job descriptions and post vacancies on relevant platforms.
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, professional networks, employee referrals and direct outreach.
• Screen CVs, conduct interviews (telephone, online, face‑to‑face) and coordinate selection panels.
• Ensure a professional, responsive candidate experience that reflects the organisation’s values and employer brand.
• Administer work permits, occupation permits and other immigration documentation for international hires.
• Track recruitment metrics, provide regular reports and support the transition from recruitment to onboarding.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or HR, preferably within an international hospitality environment.
• Experience with work‑permit and immigration processes is highly advantageous.
