About the role

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables for large dining rooms (600‑1000 seats per service).
• Welcome guests, provide personalized advice and ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Maintain service quality while adhering to Club Med health, safety and heritage preservation standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to support buffet, plated service, show‑cooking and special events.
