Waiter/Waitress – Guest Service at Luxury Resort

About the role

The Waiter/Waitress will provide attentive food and beverage service to guests across the resort’s restaurants, bars, pool and beach areas. The role focuses on delivering a memorable guest experience while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Take orders and serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests to ensure an excellent service experience.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment in all service areas.
• Attend all scheduled training sessions and briefings.
• Adhere to the hotel’s code of conduct, grooming and hygiene standards.
• Assist colleagues during peak periods and perform any additional duties as required.
