Analyst – Corporate Solutions

About the role

The Analyst – Corporate Solutions will support Apex Group’s survey and statistical reporting activities. You will work closely with senior team members to capture, consolidate and analyse data for a range of internal and external surveys.

Key responsibilities

• Attend industry update meetings and survey launch briefings.
• Communicate high‑level survey issues to the reporting line.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on survey progress.
• Lead and coordinate data‑capture exercises for Annual Balance of Payment, Quarterly Monetary and Financial Statistics, and Half‑yearly CPIS surveys.
• Respond to staff queries related to survey exercises and resolve issues.
• Consolidate and review survey data across business units.
• Prepare explanatory notes and liaise with the Financial Services Commission.
• Produce management information reports from survey data for senior leadership.
• Assist with internal data compilation and group reporting.

Required profile

• Experience handling and interpreting statistical data (advantageous).
• Knowledge of the global business/financial services industry (advantageous).
• Strong organisational skills and ability to lead data‑capture projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive, self‑motivated mindset with the ability to work autonomously or in a team.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including manipulation of large data sets and creation of graphical presentations.
