About the role
The Assistant Manager will supervise daily restaurant operations and represent the outlet in the Restaurant Manager’s absence, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct daily staff briefings and meetings to communicate management updates and gather feedback.
- Monitor staff grooming, restaurant cleanliness, and equipment readiness.
- Manage reservations, table setups, and special guest requests, including allergies and preferences.
- Coordinate with the Chef de cuisine and pastry chef to support service flow.
- Handle billing, cash‑up procedures, and end‑of‑shift reporting.
Required profile
- Minimum high school certificate or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of restaurant managerial experience in an international ultra‑luxury resort.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
