Mixologist – Luxury Resort Bar

About the role

The Mixologist will create, prepare, and serve innovative, high‑quality beverages for guests at One&Only Le Saint Géran, ensuring every drink meets the resort’s luxury standards and enhances the guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve classic, signature, and mocktail beverages according to established recipes.
• Develop new beverage menus and provide personalized recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Maintain bar stock, monitor inventory, and ensure cleanliness and hygiene in line with safety regulations.
• Deliver exceptional guest service, explain ingredients and preparation methods, and create a welcoming bar atmosphere.
• Support fellow team members, mentor junior staff, and collaborate on promotions and events.

Required profile

• Minimum 2‑3 years of experience as a Mixologist, Bartender, or similar role in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Certificate, diploma, or professional training in bartending, mixology, or hospitality management is advantageous.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

Required skills

• Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, cocktails and current beverage trends.
• Experience with beverage costing, stock control and liquor regulations.
• Strong cocktail creation and presentation abilities.
