About the role
We are seeking an Associate Manager to join our Company Secretarial team within a leading Investor Services group. In this role you will oversee corporate secretarial operations, review junior deliverables and act as a trusted point of contact for our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Review and validate work prepared by junior team members to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain statutory, regulatory and internal governance compliance while coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
- Manage client relationships, serve as escalation point for complex matters and ensure timely, professional service.
- Oversee day‑to‑day corporate secretarial activities, monitor team workload and drive process improvements.
- Support board and committee functions, including preparation of board packs, minute‑taking, post‑meeting actions and filing of corporate documents.
Required profile
- Proven experience in corporate secretarial or governance functions.
- Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to handle escalations.
- Leadership capability to guide junior staff and manage workload.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality delivery.
