About the role
We are seeking a motivated Officer 1 to join our Corporate Administration team. In this role you will deliver comprehensive corporate secretarial and legal services across a variety of corporate structures, supporting both internal principals and external clients.
Key responsibilities
- Master all aspects of corporate secretarial and legal work under appropriate supervision.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, handling routine operational matters efficiently.
- Collaborate with Principals to understand client needs and deliver customer‑centric solutions.
- Mentor and up‑skill junior team members by reviewing their work and providing training.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance business operations.
Required profile
- Degree holder or partially qualified ICSA member.
- Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in a similar corporate secretarial or legal role.
