About the role
Four Seasons is seeking an Employee Welfare Assistant Manager to enhance the employee experience at its luxury resort in Mauritius. The role focuses on employee housing, welfare services, and the smooth administration of related processes.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with on‑site and off‑site employee tenants.
- Assist with employee arrivals, departures, and housing allocations.
- Conduct monthly inspections of off‑site housing and follow up on any issues.
- Prepare tenancy agreements, coordinate bed assignments, and manage the property management system.
- Respond to day‑to‑day employee housing inquiries and maintain accurate confidential records.
- Support overall employee welfare, including locker rooms, canteen, and heart‑of‑house areas.
- Assist with visa management and related documentation.
Required profile
- Experience in employee housing, property management, or related welfare functions.
- Strong communication skills with both on‑site and off‑site staff.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proactive approach to problem‑solving and follow‑up.
