About the role
Red Pill Labs is seeking a General Dayforce Consultant to join its team in Mauritius. The role combines client‑facing consulting with internal project work, allowing you to apply your Dayforce expertise in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Configure, test, and deploy Dayforce modules for client organisations.
- Provide training sessions and presentations to end‑users and internal stakeholders.
- Analyse client requirements, troubleshoot issues, and propose functional solutions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful project delivery while working both on‑site and remotely.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of hands‑on experience with the Dayforce platform.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
