Host - Arabic Language Specialist

About the role

The Host – Arabic Language Specialist will act as the primary liaison for Arabic‑speaking guests at One&Only Le Saint Géran, turning guest wishes into memorable experiences. Working closely with all resort departments, the host ensures seamless service delivery, safety, and brand representation throughout the guest journey.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct at least one daily meeting with guests to review itineraries, gather feedback, and adjust plans.
• Communicate exclusively via the company‑provided smartphone and the ALICE platform.
• Share guest preferences with relevant teams and ensure actionable implementation.
• Assign amenities, respond to incidents within 15 minutes, and initiate resolution for any negative feedback.
• Maintain brand ambassador standards on and off the resort.
• Inspect arriving guestrooms, sanitize equipment, and verify special requests before arrival.
• Provide in‑room check‑in, coordinate spa, dining, and activity bookings, and oversee luggage handling with bell staff.
• Complete daily logs in ALICE and adhere to hygiene and safety protocols.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic with excellent English communication skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Detail‑oriented, able to act quickly and efficiently under pressure.
• Knowledge of resort operations, local attractions, and Kerzner Resorts portfolio.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the ALICE guest‑service platform.
• Use of company‑issued mobile communication tools.
