Legal Officer (Corporate Governance)

About the role

As a Legal Officer you will work independently and support senior colleagues in delivering corporate subsidiary governance services to multinational clients. You will be responsible for managing the full legal lifecycle of entities, from incorporation to dissolution, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review legal documents for all stages of the company lifecycle.
• Perform or monitor statutory filings with local authorities.
• Coordinate with clients, business partners and colleagues worldwide to gather required information and documentation.
• Ensure client, local, international and industry‑specific requirements are met and communicate legal updates.
• Maintain data integrity and produce accurate reports.
• Participate in transfer activities and ensure smooth transitions from external providers.
• Contribute to global projects aimed at improving service efficiency.

Required profile

• Qualified Company Secretary and/or a degree in Law.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate secretarial practice.
• Experience providing corporate services to international clients.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented team player with strong communication skills.
